Transfer from Karnataka to Tamilnadu for 2nd year B Tech (Mechnanical Engg). I want to transfer to Chennai. Can I ??? Shravan

I have compleleted my 2nd Sem Mech. Engg @ KGF Karnataka under a Merit Seat by CET/ karnataka. I wish to know of the chances and means to transfer to Chennai. Pls advise. Shravan Bajaj

Very tough. There is no transfer policy within universities in different states. First approach your target college and if college agrees then approach your current college for NOC. Very tough.
