Transfer of a bbm 1st year student (from jain university)

I am currently pursuing bbm 1st year from Jain university, bangalore. I want to get transfered next year in mumbai or pune to a decent college(2nd year onwards). Is it possible ?? what is the criteria ? not only Mumbai or pune.. but any place if its a decent college..!
