Hi Prajyot, Both balls will reach the same height because the height attained = u^2/2g ,where u = initial velocity (which is same for both the bodies),g= acceleraton due to gravity. Derivation of the height attained= u^2 / 2g: We know, v^2 = u^2 - 2gh ( for body moving upwards ) =&get; 0= u^2
