Two degree at the same time possible now as per UGC. Is it right?

I have read that UGC has given its approval to pursue two degree simultaneously but One can not do both degree in regular mode. He/she can do one degree in regular mode and other in distance learning. Is it right?

Yes you can do one distance and one regular degree at the same time
