UGC New Norms on Distance Education territorial jurisdiction on state universities will effect the student who joined before 2013

I joined Tamil Nadu Open University for ba in the year 2012 from Kerala and My exam center is also in kerala. As per New Circular by Distance Education Bureau State Universities Cannot conduct course and exam beyond The state limit.

Never mind. I hope you have completed your degree by now. For corporate jobs these hardly matters. They go by your Knowledge, Skill and Attitude. Good luck
