Unable to decide the next step for my career.

I have Completed my BBA in 2014 with 60%, X with 51% and XII with 53% marks. Currently I am working with EY. I am unable to decide which course I should pursue to give my career a better shape. By seeing my academics background should I try for MBA? Or are there any other courses as well?
