Gems B School, Bangalore provides 3 years course where you will get international BBA and MBA degree. Hope this will help you.

Without UG u cannot do MBA. But, if u have a diploma, and 5+ years of experience u can proceed because many institutes provide PGDM through online and distance mode for this qualification..
