universities offering direct admission in 2nd &3rd year for b.e\b.tech courses on the basis of some of their own entrance exams

i am pursuing my B.E. 1st year from Bhopal . I want to know if any deemed university (in any city of India) gives direct university transfer options on the basis of some of their entrance exams or by any other type of qualifications. if there are such universities i wish to have a list of them .
