University(distance) offering lateral entry using work experience, is it valid?
In oman I came across a institution who take admission for Mahatma Gandhi university Meghalaya, they take lateral entry for work experience (off course 10+ 2 pass students) so this entry gives degree in 1 and half year. is this legal? is this degree recognized in India and outside India? pls advice
