University is only UGC recognized but not AICTE approved for B.Tech Program, will I get Government Jobs after completing B.Tech ?

I am pursuing B.Tech from University which is only UGC and HRD approved but not AICTE approved, will i get jobs in Government sectors after completing B.Tech from this University. Will i face major problem in getting Govt. Jobs without having AICTE approved B.Tech Degree.

Dear Mira, Please note that UGC recognize only university and not technical Program. So UGC recognition is valid for programs in Arts, comm, and science. Technical degrees come under the purview of AICTE. So AICTE approval is must for B.E./B.Tech & M.Tech program. Good Luck !
