.upes rank 914 , wbjee rank 1544, comedk rank 756, viteee rank 7523, among these which should i opt for?

I would say that you should go for COMEDK. The reason is that all the colleges are located in Bangalore(sillicon valley of India). And as for Viteee, it used to be good once but has probably lost it's touch now. In UPES you won't get such a developing environment. Sorry I cannot help you for WBJEE.
