were the cutoff for govt. colleges in uptu high as compared to previous year.?????
as per my analysis a student got365 marks in upsee2011 and a rank of 1500(approx) ..but this year(2012) i got 370 marks with rank of 6500 (gen) .....why were such differences this year??????
