The rank cut-off changes every year. Approximately, CRL rank should be between 4000-12000. There are also other eligibility criteria. Please visit: www.bitmesra.ac.in

Your expected rank should be around 25k for the general category in JEE Mains to get into BIT Mesra in B.Sc + M.Sc integrated in Physics. Also, for computer science, you need at least 3000 rank in JEE Mains B.Tech.
