Upto which year should I solve previous year question papers for JEE?

It is advised that students should solve at least previous 10 year question papers of JEE Main. However, the exam pattern as well as difficulty level of JEE Mains has underwent a lot of changes during the last 10 years but still solving previous year JEE Main question papers from last 10 years will

just solve previous 10yrs question paper of jee advance. some question may match
