Validity of PGDM/ Certificate program?

if 1 has done a PGDM program or Certificate program frm an autonomous institute which doesnt have AICTE/UGC approval then does that certificate have any value for job point of view? nd can he goes for further studies(Phd) on the basis of it.?

You cant go for higher studies as the PGDM is not approved by AICTE. PGDM is equalent to mBA if the course duration is 2 yrs and the total contact hrs have to be a minimum of 120 hrs.
