Hi Mohamed, Generally Senior Secondary has to be recognized by a board like CBSE, ICSE etc. as the name suggest University Grant Commission (UGC) is for Colleges and Universities, so if your senior secondary is not through a recognized board then it would not be possible to get admission in graduation in a full time University or College. However, you can check with the correspondence or distance education Institutes. Hi Mohd. Fasil, You can definitely get admissions in a graduate degree course, but it is advised that you should opt for the institute/ university that is recognized by UGC or other govt. bodies.
