Vellore, Can I get into C Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering & Technology if I get less than the prescribed marks in 2 out of 3 subjects?

In case the candidate gets minimum pass marks in 2 out of 3 subjects (Maths/Physics/Chemistry), the minimum marks for BC candidate is prescribed 45% and if he/she gets less than the prescribed marks, will he/she be admitted in this college?
