vinod from diamond market,i completed my FYBCOM in the year 2006,and job experience of diamond assortment of 7 years but now want new job

I want to go further in diamond field but i dont understand which one i have to chose,I go for jewellery design or i go for assortment? I am not satisfied with diamond assortments annual package and services provided by the companies,so i am confuse to decide and tell me which course of jewellery
