If you mean Lovely Professional University- Jalandhar, then as per it official website it is recognized by University Grants Commission(UGC).
It is a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU)

I suggest you to do MBA from a good college , BBA+ MBA is good degree but you have to do MBA form a top business school
