Hi,
You can move with the right attitude and proceed towards your goal. Go for self preparation that requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past y

There are no free classes for IAS preparations and neither there are low cost coaching center. As a BCA graduate, anyone would face difficulty as the level of questions in the UPSC exams will be of mostly MCA level.
