Want to ask related to Master gegree

i am not able to complete my MSC Electronic Sc. due to not able to clear one paper, can i do any short term degree in which i will get the befit of that MSC exams. and guide me where can i get the advantage of that MSc to get B.tech degree (correspondence) or any other. I am a telecom engineer.

Yes u can go for M.Sc in IT........Which is Equivalent to B.tech n MCA and do M.Sc in CS/IT only From Govt. Universities........Like DU and Other Central Universities.........dont go For Private colleges and Universities ........Govt has established 10 new central Universities in many states go for
