Want to ask whether i'm eligible to fill IFMR Form as i hve scored 82%ile in my CMAT SEPT with 18 months workex. & scoring 70% throughout.

Yes your eligible to apply. IFMR does not put any restrictions at application level. As for as short list for PI, your score looks good.
