Want to become a professor, what course should I go for?

I am an arts student, pursued graduation in political science with 62% aggregate.

    Since you want to be a professor then you must have a Ph.D. in the subject of which you want to be a professor. So now you must do masters in political science and then Ph.D. in it. If you don't want to do Ph.D. then you would have to do teaching job for about 10-15 years to become experienced to that level so that your working institute declares you a professor.
