If you have minimum 60 % marks in UG youa re eligible for admission. you require IELTS to prove your English proficiency. No need of GMAT or GRE for UK univesites. the academic requirement includes a minimum of 3years degree with first class from a reputed institute.
Entry tests to be cleared are
1 IELTS Score of 6.5 or toefl 90
2 GMAT
