Few of the Top Institutes in Delhi which you may consider are FMS (Delhi University), Fore school of Management, MDI, IMT. For second rung you may consider, BIMTECH, Galgotia, etc.

Most of the institute have IT as specialisation in their course but as I know last date for entrance procedure of best institutes is over for next year. Best institutes are FMS(Delhi Uni), IIFT and Xavier institute of Management.
