want to do MBBS abroad

hey..... i want to study for mbbs abroad most likely to be in canada or england. But i dont know how to get there and which will be the best colleges, the qualifications,fee,etc......... and if i got there and completed my MBBS then will i be able to come back to india, to my home....???
