Want to do medical in China .what is minimum marks needed in class 12.also is there any entrance exam.is it first come first get admission

The minimum percentage of marks required is 50% in physics, chemistry & biology. However, the top ranking Universities in China demand minimum 70% to 80% marks. There is no entrance exam. Admissions are given on the basis of the XII standard marks
