want to do non technical course along with comp sci engineerin(pune uni). how can i do it? please help!

- 2nd year computer science engineering( from pune) - pune university - want to do some non technical course along with engineering. how can i do so? what qualifications would i need? - i have 85% in school( 10 2) (cbse). - aggregate of 61% in first 3 semesters of engineering.
