Want to do Ph.D. in statistics.

Qualifications = M. hill with A grade and M.Sc. In statistics with 81%, both from government university. Kindly suggest.

Yes, you can do it. Start preparing for state wide and national wide entrance exams of Ph.D. Like UG NET, Symbiosis exam, JNU exam, etc. If you get good score they will provide you seat in good universities or IIT or NIT for doing Ph.D.
