want to get out of BPO . have spent almost 3 yrs in finance processes. but still looking for a kind of specialized profile in KPO sector

I have done MCA in past but couldnt get job in IT sector due to recession. I had joined BPO 2.5 yrs back due to financial pressure. but after three yrs still working as a associate . so i want move in KPO sector .Please suggest me something which helps me to get into in KPO sector
