if you want to do MBA in UAE den go for SP JAIN, IMT, IGNOU, HULT, IIM (they have a campus in RAK)...and there are other international universities as well and the fees is almost same.
U will have to give some sort of enterance test to get into those universities but it will b good for ur future. I
