Want to learn foreign language. What scope does it has. Can i work as a freelancer or on a partime basis, since i cant do a fulltime job.

You can learn a foreign language of your choice and interest. You can explore the possibilities of working as a translator. IF you are an expert in spoken language, you can act as an interpreter.
