i am just finishing my BBM, i want to pursue a MBA with specialisation in HR. but i recently got to know that today many corporates are oursourcing HR .. so what really is the scope for MBA in HR. and what are the career/ job prospects ?

As you complete your BBM, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years, and then opt for further studies.
