Hi sujata,
I suggest you to do ex.mba as you have such a good experience , so go for ex.mba that is of one year MBA course based on your experience.

As your a Commerce Graduate I can suggest you to do Certified Management Accountant [CMA] from Institute of Management Accountant [IMA - USA]. This certification is equal to ICWAI, already MoU has been signed.
