Wantd 2 do MBA.Also doin GNIIT along wid my grad;wil complete in Dec.need 2 work for a year to get certificate.shud i do regulr or distant?

I wanted to take up MBA in my PG. Also I have been doing a computer course GNIIT at NIIT along with my grad.GNIIT course will be completed in Dec 12.I need to work for a year to get its certificate.So should I do regular MBA(after a year) or a distant learning. Also should I go in for MBA or PGDM?
