Wanted to do medical but coudnt through state pmt after dropping a year even although have got option for engineering what field to choose

I got rank 15402 In wbjee engineering having scope of biotech in heritage CS in B P Poddar and pharmacy in Guru Nanak Institute of Technology. Will sit for aipmt retest but still will have to choose something for wbjee counselling. Please suggest what to choose. I can't drop another year.
