Wanted to know what is more important Education Qualification or Experience In Comp.Networking Field with future prospect of JOB(i.e. Company Salary Promotion). I have10 2 3Yrs Diploma in Comp.Can a diploma holder with certification (Cisco, Microsoft) expect (Fresher) & demand (Exp.) high salary.

Dear Anup, the CCNA or MCSE certification always carry its weightage in terms of salary if you carry few Work Experience in the same domain.
