wanted to know which exams to give for mbbs.excpt fr NEET GUJCET AIIMS.coz there many collges which dont accept neet and have ther own exam?

i have heard there colleges that dont accept neet n have their own private exams? ii dont want to miss out on any collge fr mbbs. can u plz guide me of all the xams to give other then the ones i know?
