wants to do M.tech(ECE) from SRM university through management quota. will i get the education loan from the 1st year itself?

i am doing B.E(ECCE) final year having 59% till 7th semester.gate score 6.67.which subject will be better in m.tech (ece). will be better to do these course from SRM UNIVERSITY. can i get the education loan from bank from the 1st year itself.fees 2 lacs/year.is it better to these course now.
