NEET PG 2024 exam was moderate difficult. In comparision to last year, the paper was difficult. More than 80 pecent questions were based on clinical scenerio. A good number of questions were asked from topics such Surgury and Gynaecology (OBS GYNE). 160-170 questions were easy to attempt.

NEET PG 2025 exam was easy as compared to last year. The overall difficulty level of exam was easy to moderate. Most of the questions were asked from previous year papers.
