I enrolled in BLS LLB in 2009 at D.Y Patil College of Law, Nerul. I passed 3 semesters, however could not clear 1 subject (constitution law) in semester 4, and 2 subs in semester 5. I want to resume my studies in the same college of a new one. How should I proceed?
