Wat are the best state univs in US for Comp. Sc. My educational qual.10th-93%,12th-95%, 8.8 GPA in Engg (CS).Am taking GRE in a few days.

I have been researching about the grad schools and finance seems to be a major concern. Please list some good universities that have a good reputation and are not overly expensive. My overall academic record is good and hopefully my GRE scores will also be good. I'm working in Infosys.
