Hi Priyanka, Executive MBA is a programme which is generally shorter in duration i.e. it is a one programme which is for those working professionals who have good amount of (6 to 8 years) work experience and want to get an MBA degree to get to the next level in their current organization. If done through a full time decent B-School like IIMs or ISB, EMBA can give a new dimension to your career. At times even part time MBA programmes are defined as EMBA by few of the Institutes.
