Hi, MPT means Master of Physiotheraphy and MS is Master of Surgery ( in medical terms) and Master of Science ( In engineering terms). They are both masters degrees but the disciplines of study differ in MPT and MS. Depending on what course you have done in your graduation, you can choose any of thes

Master of physiotherpy is What we do in India, U dont get them in other countries....... only MS PT.
