wat-NIT trichy or surathkal?suratkal is beter fron north indian lyk me for food & weather?wat abt facilities,placement,faculty in both?

How much is the difference b/w NIT trichy and surathkal.... for a north indian like me, nit suratkal cud be a better option in terms of fooding and weather, bt how is the overall diiference b/w the two in terms of facilities, placement, faculty and importance? Will it be worth leaving NIT trichy ?
