The basic B.Sc. Course eligibility is to have at least 50% in Class XII from any recognised board. Some premier colleges ask for 60% marks. The students must have studied core subjects like Maths Physics Chemistry and Biology at their Higher Secondary level.

Hello Akash, Yes, you can pursue a B.Sc. In Agriculture after a Diploma in Agriculture. Qualifications for entry into B.Sc. Agriculture are that you must pass 60% of the combined marks in 10 + 2 (with Physics Chemistry Maths or Biology or Forestry) or 10 + 2 (Agriculture) or 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10. Hope this helps!
    Best Wishes!
