We are not able to continue my daughter's education past 10th with regular school. Can you suggest some distance learning schools?

My daughter has passed 10th exam with 86% marks, she is willing to continue her career in government services, she wants to take arts stream, but due to some home situations, we are not able to continue her with regular schools, which are the good colleges for distance learning?
