We are pay the exam fee for the may2020 but wrongly submitted declaration regarding to nov2019 is there any alternative to change the form.

Only those students whose photograph and/ or signature is not appearing on the confirmation page of CA Foundation application form have to send a hard copy of the same to the officials.
