we been cheated by our college(in chennai) with false promises. can i mail it to the university that affilated the college.

they promised there is campus interview which is not happening. the computer designed building that bear our college name is printed on dairy which does not exit. we were tricked by this photos .Various other problem regarding fees and faculities.
