weightage of a degree??
getting a graduate and a post graduate degree from an average college of abroad has more weightage or getting the same degree from the best college of India (like St. Xaviers collegiate, kolkata) ?

every university/insitute degree has weightage whether distance or regular if it is recognised by UGC/AICTE for regular degree or UGC-DEC-AICTE for distance degree.
